We are the only gallery in Andorra—and in the world—dedicated exclusively to the creations of Kat Florence, one of the most acclaimed haute jewelry designers. We do not sell jewelry from other brands, nor do we take custom orders.
Our mission is singular: to safeguard Kat Florence’s one-of-a-kind masterpieces and to find those who truly appreciate them.
The name Padparadscha means “lotus flower.” It refers to one of the rarest sapphires in the world: a pink-orange gem that exists only in minuscule quantities. We chose this name because it embodies everything these jewels represent: absolute rarity, transcendent beauty, and the infinite patience required to find and craft what is truly exceptional.
Every piece we exhibit is unique. Once it finds its guardian, it disappears forever from our collection.

About Kat Florence
Kristy Hillis — The Visionary
She grew up in Elora, a small town in Canada, where she developed a profound connection with nature and art.
After earning a degree in Science and working as a teacher in Bangkok, she discovered her true calling: transforming the rarest gemstones in the world into wearable works of art.
Her philosophy is clear: the stone dictates the design, never the other way around. Each creation is born from the gem itself, not from a preliminary sketch. Kat studies every stone for weeks—its behavior under different lights, its natural inclusions, its unique character—before conceiving a design that reveals its maximum beauty.
What sets Kat Florence apart is her uncompromising standard for quality. She works exclusively with unheated gemstones. Her diamonds are only D Flawless—one in three million. This obsession with excellence limits her production but ensures that every piece is truly exceptional.
Her creations have been auctioned at Bonhams and Christie’s, featured in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, and Forbes, and are part of private collections across all five continents.
Don Kogen — The Gem Hunter
Don Kogen is a living legend in the world of gemstones. For decades, he has traveled to the most remote corners of the planet—from the mines of Kashmir to the deposits of Mozambique—in search of gems that appear only once in the history of the Earth.
He starred in Discovery Channel’s Game of Stones, where the world witnessed firsthand the passion and risk involved in hunting precious stones.
Don doesn’t just find gems—he understands them. He can spot in a rough crystal a potential that others overlook. His expert eye has discovered some of the most extraordinary stones ever found, including the 181-carat “Kat Florence Lumina” Paraíba tourmaline, the largest of its kind in the world.
Kat and Don met in Bangkok, where what began as a professional collaboration blossomed into a love story. Together, they have created not just a jewelry brand, but a legacy.
Beyond their work with gems, the couple is known for their philanthropy: they built a school in Nepal educating 600 children each year and are restoring historic buildings in Elora, Canada, to preserve the heritage of the community where Kat grew up.
